This Event Liability Waiver & Safety Policy ("Waiver") applies to all events, programs, leagues, clinics, tournaments, activities, and services offered by Deals On The Green LLC ("DOTG," "we," "us," or "our"), unless otherwise stated.

At Deals On The Green, the safety and well-being of our participants are important to us. By registering for, attending, or participating in any event, program, activity, or service offered by DOTG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver.

1. Assumption of Risk

Golf and outdoor recreational activities involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken by organizers, instructors, or venues.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Being struck by golf balls, golf clubs, or other equipment

• Slipping, falling, or sustaining injuries on golf course property

• Weather-related hazards, including heat, lightning, rain, and uneven terrain

• Physical exertion or medical emergencies

• Injuries resulting from the actions of other participants or spectators

• Risks associated with transportation to and from event locations

By participating, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with your participation.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, and forever discharge Deals On The Green LLC, its volunteers, contractors, event staff, sponsors, partners, affiliates, instructors, photographers, vendors, and participating venues from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in any DOTG event.

This release applies to claims involving personal injury, illness, property damage, loss of personal belongings, or other damages arising before, during, or after an event, except where prohibited by law.

3. Independent Venues & Third-Party Services

Deals On The Green LLC hosts events at independently owned golf courses and event venues and may work with independent golf instructors, photographers, vendors, sponsors, and other third-party service providers.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Golf instruction is provided by independent instructors.

• Golf courses and venues operate independently from Deals On The Green LLC.

• Sponsors, vendors, and partners are independent organizations.

Deals On The Green LLC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, services, policies, or conduct of any third party.

4. Medical Responsibility

You certify that you are physically capable of participating in golf and related activities.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your health and physical condition

• Obtaining any necessary medical advice before participating

• Carrying any medications or medical devices you may require

• Maintaining your own health or accident insurance coverage

DOTG does not provide medical care or medical insurance for participants.

5. Photography & Media Release

Deals On The Green LLC frequently photographs and records events for community engagement and promotional purposes.

By attending any DOTG event, you grant Deals On The Green LLC permission to photograph, film, and record your likeness, voice, name, and appearance.

You authorize DOTG to use this content in any media format, including but not limited to:

• Website content

• Social media

• Promotional materials

• Advertising campaigns

• Press releases

• Email marketing

• Future event promotion

You understand that you will not receive compensation, royalties, or ownership rights related to this content.

6. Participant Conduct

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, participants agree to:

• Follow all instructions provided by instructors, venue staff, and DOTG representatives.

• Treat all participants, staff, and venues with courtesy and respect.

• Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct.

• Comply with all golf course rules and venue policies.

Deals On The Green LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct jeopardizes the safety, enjoyment, or experience of others. Removal may occur without refund.

7. Personal Property

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

Deals On The Green LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during or in connection with any event.

8. Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency, participants authorize DOTG representatives to seek emergency medical assistance if deemed reasonably necessary.

Participants remain solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

9. Agreement

By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or participating in any Deals On The Green LLC event, you acknowledge that:

• You have carefully read this Event Liability Waiver & Safety Policy.

• You understand its contents.

• You voluntarily agree to its terms.

• You understand that this agreement is intended to be legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
