Event Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

This Event Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy ("Policy") applies to all events, programs, leagues, clinics, tournaments, and services offered by Deals On The Green LLC ("DOTG," "we," "us," or "our"), unless otherwise stated.

At Deals On The Green, we are committed to creating exceptional golf, networking, and community experiences. Because tee times, instructors, venues, event resources, and other operational expenses are reserved and incurred in advance based on participant registrations, all event purchases are subject to the following policy.

1. No Refunds; Event Credits May Be Available.

All event registrations and ticket purchases are final.

Deals On The Green LLC does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Schedule conflicts

• Personal emergencies

• Illness (except where required by applicable law)

• Travel delays

• Failure to attend an event

• Late arrivals

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Weather-related rescheduling

• Dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond DOTG's reasonable control

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

2. Event Credit Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled event, you may request a one-time event credit toward another Deals On The Green LLC event, provided that:

• Your request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

• The credit is used within 60 days of the original event date.

• The credit may only be used for a future Deals On The Green LLC event.

• Credits are non-transferable unless approved by DOTG.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

• Only one credit may be issued per original event registration.

Event credits are intended as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Deals On The Green LLC reserves the right to deny any request that does not comply with this policy or that appears to abuse the credit system.

3. Weather Policy

Golf is played outdoors, and weather conditions may occasionally require changes to an event schedule.

If an event is postponed, delayed, interrupted, or rescheduled due to:

• Rain

• Lightning

• Severe weather

• Unsafe course conditions

• Golf course closures

• Instructor availability due to weather

• Any circumstance beyond DOTG's reasonable control

The affected session will be rescheduled to a future date determined by Deals On The Green LLC.

Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related postponements or rescheduling.

Your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request an event credit in accordance with Section 2 of this policy.

4. Event Changes

Deals On The Green LLC reserves the right to:

• Change event dates

• Change event times

• Change golf courses or venues

• Substitute instructors or speakers

• Modify event schedules or programming

• Adjust attendee capacity

• Make operational changes necessary for safety or event quality

These changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.

5. Event Cancellation by Deals On The Green

If Deals On The Green LLC cancels an event and does not provide a rescheduled date, attendees may choose one of the following:

• A full credit toward a future Deals On The Green LLC event, or

• A full refund of the registration fee paid.

6. Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer attend an event, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual by emailing DOTG at least 48 hours before the event.

Transfers are subject to approval by Deals On The Green LLC.

The replacement participant must complete all required registrations, waivers, and eligibility requirements before participating.

DOTG reserves the right to deny transfer requests that do not comply with event requirements.

7. Golf League & Multi-Session Program Policy

The Deals On The Green Golf League and any future multi-session programs require advance planning, instructor scheduling, venue reservations, and participant roster commitments.

Accordingly:

• League registration fees and payment plan installments are non-refundable.

• A participant's roster spot is reserved upon registration and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred without the prior written consent of Deals On The Green LLC.

• Missed practices, league sessions, tournaments, or other scheduled activities are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions unless otherwise determined by DOTG in its sole discretion.

• Participants who select a payment plan remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment schedule, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or continued participation in the program.

• Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or removal from the league and may affect eligibility to participate in future Deals On The Green LLC programs. By enrolling in a payment plan, participants authorize Deals On The Green LLC to charge the payment method on file according to the selected payment schedule until the balance is paid in full.

• If Deals On The Green LLC reschedules a league session due to weather, course availability, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the session will be moved to a future date. No refunds will be issued for such rescheduled sessions.
