Deals On The Green – Event Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

Deals On The Green ("DOTG"), operated by Ariana Holloway, is committed to creating exceptional golf and networking experiences for our community. Because tee times, instructors, venues, and event resources are reserved and paid for in advance based on attendee registrations, the following policy applies to all event purchases unless otherwise stated.
1. No Refunds; Event Credits May Be Available.
All event registrations and ticket purchases are final.
Deals On The Green does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Schedule conflicts
-
Personal emergencies
-
Illness (except where required by applicable law)
-
Travel delays
-
Failure to attend an event
-
Late arrivals
-
Changes in personal circumstances
-
Weather-related rescheduling
-
Dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond DOTG's reasonable control
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. Event Credit Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled event, you may request a one-time event credit toward another Deals On The Green event, provided that:

Your request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

The credit is used within 60 days of the original event date.

The credit may only be used for a future Deals On The Green event.

Credits are non-transferable unless approved by DOTG.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Only one credit may be issued per original event registration.
Event credits are intended as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Deals On The Green reserves the right to deny any request that does not comply with this policy or that appears to abuse the credit system.
3. Weather Policy
Golf is played outdoors, and weather conditions may occasionally require changes to an event schedule.
If an event is postponed, delayed, interrupted, or rescheduled due to:

Rain
-
Lightning
-
Severe weather
-
Unsafe course conditions
-
Golf course closures
-
Instructor availability due to weather
-
Any circumstance beyond DOTG's reasonable control
the event will be rescheduled to a future date.
Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related postponements or rescheduling.
Your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request an event credit in accordance with Section 2 of this policy.
4. Event Changes
Deals On The Green reserves the right to:

Change event dates
-
Change event times
-
Change golf courses or venues
-
Substitute instructors or speakers
-
Modify event schedules or programming
-
Adjust attendee capacity
-
Make operational changes necessary for safety or event quality
These changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
5. Event Cancellation by Deals On The Green
If Deals On The Green cancels an event and does not provide a rescheduled date, attendees may choose one of the following:

A full credit toward a future Deals On The Green event, or
-
A full refund of the registration fee paid.
6. Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend an event, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual by emailing DOTG at least 48 hours before the event.
Transfers are subject to approval by Deals On The Green.
The replacement participant must complete all required registrations, waivers, and eligibility requirements before participating.
DOTG reserves the right to deny transfer requests that do not comply with event requirements.
